I'm starting Piyo on MONDAY!! I'm reading up on the nutrition plan & going all in! I can't wait! :)

2. Breakfast burrito: spinach, eggs, & feta

3. Larabar 

4. Hummus with pita chips 

5. Cherries

6. Vegan tropical strawberry, banana, ice, & unsweetened almond milk 

7. Cheese sandwich by Rob

8. Late night cereal  


Week 6 day 3 of Les Mills Combat = HIIT Plyo. Did it. Didn't rock it, lol
