9 months, 2 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 2 day 5 


Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice & water 

1. Pita with provolone & tomatoes 

2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & raspberries 

3. Popcorn with real butter 

4. Frozen peaches 


Day 5 of the clean eating challenge!  The last day did not go as great as the rest of the challenge! :-O


Week 2/day 5 = Piyo define: upper body! So thankful that was a short one today.
