Photo food journal 1 year 2 months 1 week 3 days

1 year, 2 months, 1 week, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Egg & cheese bagel with coffee

2. Larabar -- sooo much better than the other choices swirling through my head as I was trapped inside Target, lol 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology with peanut butter, banana & kale, veggie burgers with cheese, tomatoes & sautéed broccoli 

4. Yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with peaches - yogurt not on top yet in the picture, lol 


I was faced with pizza today & didn't cave! #BOOM Feeling/seeing results from my commitment this week is keeping me in check. :) 


Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 5 = rest day #2! I love this schedule.
