Current fitness program: life.
1. Toast with butter & jelly with vanilla shakeology mixed in my coffee (I need milk!)
2. Hummus with pita chips while playing #candyland
3. Kind bar after my workout
4. PIZZA! And, beer
The day = alright, things are getting real now without groceries. Tomorrow it is, for sure! lol
