1. Banana running out the door

4. Lunch out: veggie burger (I skipped the fries 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, peanut butter, kale, ice, & water 


Busy day of shopping -- I need fancy clothes for a work dinner. And, mission not accomplished. lol  


Body Beast Week 6 Day 6/block 2 = bulk shoulders! Not my favorite but, got 'er done!
