4. Vanilla shakeology, kale, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water, eggs with kale & feta, yogurt with blueberries, peanut butter
So much peanut butter.
Body Beast Week 7 Day 2/block 2 = bulk legs! Neither of us were feeling it but we powered through!
