My photo food journal.

So, I've been doing my photo food journal for a little over a year & a half now. Do you realize how many pictures of yogurt that is? How many of the same repetitive meals? A LOT!!!! And because I'm weird, I have backup files of EVERY picture I've taken. Thankfully I have unlimited photo storage -- thank you Amazon. lol 
Anyway, I started this because when my journey began, I was doing Weight Watchers for my nutrition end. I snapped some pictures to share the new Simple Start program, created a collage, added some descriptive info. And, it's become a habit! The habit of snapping a photo before digging into any/every meal or snack, of choosing a meme of some sort to include with my daily summary, of using my template to make the sharing process quicker (yeah, I'm an efficient nerd, lol) ..... all of it has simply become a familiar habit. It no longer helps or holds me accountable. So, I quit! 
I'll still share daily & include food shots that are different or I'm especially excited about. Because, I really do enjoy sharing! But, I'm so sick of taking & seeing pictures of my same bowl of yogurt. 
As I sit here snacking on a boring ass bowl of cereal that I didn't take a picture of first...... I'm feeling free! And, let's add this to my 'I quit!' pile of posts. ;)
