Photo food journal 1 year 5 months 3 weeks 4 days

1 year, 5 months, 3 weeks, 4 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Oatmeal with maple syrup & peanut butter with coffee 

2. Vanilla shakeology & plain yogurt with maple syrup & cherries 

3. Leftover chicken 

4. Cucumber 

5. Popcorn 

6. Chili lime chicken burger (pretty good! going to try making our own) with lettuce, tomato,  sautéed pepper, & green beans 


The day = weird one but not too bad! 


W1/D2 of P90X3 = KAPOW! I have no timing established yet but I'm getting 'er done.
