P90X3 X3 Yoga! Week 1

I put my workout off again for most of today. Everyone act surprised (I'm such a procrastinator!). ;) 

W1/D3 (halfway through week 1 of P90X3!) -- today was X3 Yoga! I have a love/hate relationship with yoga. It feels so good but it's soooooooo slow, lol This one wasn't too bad though because he kept us doing different moves. 

Except! During the extended leg toe bind & Tony (yeah, we're on a first name basis now) says 'rrrroooaaarrr' to the dancer. I was trying so hard to focus on balance but totally tipped over from laughter, LOL 

And, the plow??? I tried! But, holy sweet baby jesus that ish HURT! My goal is to nail that move! My belly was mega in the way! :-O 

I started using my 21DF containers again yesterday for portions. It's so easy to eyeball way more than I should be eating! Feels good to get my hiney back on track. :)
