1 year, 6 months, 4 days! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: life.
1. Eggs, broccoli, potatoes (they were burned, no one actually ate them, lol) & feta with coffee
2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & cherries
3. Hotdog & vanilla shakeology (I can't even explain, lol)
4. Nachos!
The day = i am beat!
W2/D2 of P90X3 = Agility X! And, hauling way too heavy soaked leaves & other crud on a tarp. And, unloaded new (to us) fence from Robs truck. I think I've made up for the unexpected rest day yesterday, lol
