1. Broccoli, eggs & feta with coffee
2. Vanilla shakeology & plain yogurt with maple syrup & cherries
3. Green beans, pasta & baked chicken
4. Berry tart - the fellas got this for me yesterday but we forgot about it, lol So, we had to have it tonight!
The day = upped my water & my veggies! Feeling good.
W1/D1 of P90X3 = done!
