Photo food journal 1 year 5 months 3 weeks 3 days

1 year, 5 months, 3 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Broccoli, eggs & feta with coffee 

2. Vanilla shakeology & plain yogurt with maple syrup & cherries 

3. Green beans, pasta & baked chicken 

4. Berry tart - the fellas got this for me yesterday but we forgot about it, lol So, we had to have it tonight! 


The day = upped my water & my veggies! Feeling good.
