Photo food journal 1 year 5 months 2 weeks 5 days

1 year, 5 months, 2 weeks, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Oatmeal with maple syrup & coffee

2. Vanilla shakeology mixed with coffee 

3. Hummus with pita chips & half of a chicken salad sandwich. I was not feeling those noodles. 

4. Frozen yogurt with a mountain of crap!

5. Chips & cheese 

Plus beef jerky, a bit of trail mix & a few beers. 


The day = I am so friggin' sore! That GOOD sore! :) I didn't have time to get another workout in this morning & I knew it wouldn't happen this evening. So, rest day! Planning to knock one out early tomorrow.
