Photo food journal 1 year 5 months 3 weeks 5 days

1 year, 5 months, 3 weeks, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Oatmeal with maple syrup & peanut butter with coffee 

2. Veggie burger with brown rice, sautéed peppers & a tomato/cucumber salad with ACV & olive oil 

3. Vanilla shakeology 

4. Spaghetti & garlic bread 

I did have a coffee & baileys while making dinner. #worthit


The day = getting better at my choices! :)  


W1/D3 of P90X3 = yoga day! Good stuff.
