1 year, 5 months, 3 weeks, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Bacon, egg & cheese scramble (I REGRET NOTHING, lol!!!) with coffee 

2. Yogurt with maple syrup & blueberries 

3. Vanilla shakeology in the garden 

4. Broccoli alfredo 

I had a coffee & baileys while making dinner again. #delish


The day = light on veggies!
