Week 6 of Insanity Max 30
Max Out Cardio (week 6) -- maxed at 20:56 (last week was 10:27). It's AWESOME to see the improvement. The first time for every workout is the hardest for me!
And, I survived. Once I maxed, I was DONE!! That's the goal, right!? ;)
