1. Eggs, toast, & pancakes with coffee
2. Grilled cheese, sautéed broccoli with vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, kale, coconut oil, banana, ice, & whole milk
3. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract), blueberries & peanut butter
I could have eaten 6 grilled cheese sandwiches! I did eat Ev's leftovers & received the wrath of a 3 year old that wasn't actually finished yet. :-O And, this is why my goal last week was to avoid bread. lol
