1 year, 2 months, 2 weeks!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Cinnamon cereal with coffee (so bad together!)
2. Tortilla chips topped with cheese, black beans, sautéed bell pepper & fresh tomato
3. Vanilla shakeology with mixed berries & spinach
4. Grilled cheese (I have to quit them! I'm obsessed!) with cottage cheese
So much cheese.
Insanity Max 30 Week 6 Day 4 = max out strength? I don't know why I can't keep the names straight, lol Lots of leg, push-up & ab work!
