Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Egg & cheese bagel with coffee (the bagels are almost gone!)
2. I had a run in with toast & butter today.
3. Vegan chocolate shakeology with peanut butter, banana & kale
4. Yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with peaches, & a big ass salad
Rough day, so glad I threw in the salad because I needed it after my toast binge.
Insanity Max 30 Week 6 Day 1 = max out cardio! I put it off & put it off then finally jumped in. Thankfully I got into it once I did! :):):)
