Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Eggs, broccoli & cheese with coffee (yes, again! lol)
2. Black beans, avocado & tomatoes
3. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with blueberries & peanut butter with vegan strawberry shakeology, kale, coconut oil, banana, ice, & whole milk
4. Peanuts
Day 5/5 clean eating challenge! I DID IT!!!!!! My main goal was to avoid bread (I was waaaaaay overindulging) & I did it!! Not one slice of bread this week. Tiny pat on my own back & I'm totally having toast for breakfast tomorrow. LOL
Insanity Max 30 Week 7 Day 5 = Friday fight round 2! Awesome workout today. I had no tiny space still but it worked well. :)
