Photo food journal 1 year 2 months 1 week 6 days

1 year, 2 months, 1 week, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Egg & cheese on toast, sautéed broccoli with coffee

2. Grilled cheese with sautéed broccoli

3. Vanilla shakeology with mixed berries, coconut oil & spinach

4. Date night with my littlest fellas - popcorn full of salt & butter with LOADS of water. lol 

5. Grilled cheese with yogurt  


So much butter. 


Insanity Max 30 Week 6 Day 3 = max out strength! Stronger & stronger! :)
