Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Eggs, broccoli & potato with coffee
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, coconut oil, pineapple, ice, & water
3. We'll call this naked nachos - no chips!
4. Cottage cheese & peaches
5. Oatmeal with whole milk, maple syrup & peanut butter (I think I needed the fat, I'm finally not feeling hungry after eating this)
Day 1/5 clean eating challenge! Slight headache in the afternoon but it feels good to get healthy foods into my body, especially after the way I ate this weekend.
Insanity Max 30 Week 7 Day 1 = Max Out Cardio! I'm trying my damndest to hit 30 by week 8!
