Photo food journal 1 year 2 months 3 weeks 6 days

1 year, 2 months, 3 weeks, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Burnt ass toast with coffee & vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, kale, coconut oil, banana, ice, & whole milk

2. Lunch out! PBJ with cheese & crackers 

3. Larabar

4. Cheesy chips, black beans, avocado, & tomatoes 

Not pictured: wine while making dinner! 


No excuses. Poor planning. There it is.  


Insanity Max 30 Week 8 Day 3 = second rest day! Back at it tomorrow & through the weekend! :)
