Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Egg & cheese bagel with coffee (the bagels are GONE!)
2. Grilled cheese with sautéed broccoli, & vegan chocolate shakeology with mixed berries, coconut oil & spinach
3. Brussel sprouts - first time! They were surprisingly good. lol
4. Yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with peaches
Long day! That's all I got.
