1. Eggs, toast, sautéed broccoli with coffee
2. Road load! Vegan chocolate shakeology with mixed berries & spinach (I keep forgetting my coconut oil!)
3. Pizza on the road
4. Thai! I did order brown rice instead of white -- it's the little things that make a difference, right!? FYI -- it was not as good as I expected! I warmed up to it though, lol
Road trip day! Such an extraordinary trip home.
