1. Eggs, broccoli & cheese with coffee
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, coconut oil, mixed berries, ice, & water
3. Yogurt (plain with maple syrup & vanilla extract) with bananas & peanut butter
4. Cheese #random
5. Potatoes, onions, zucchini, eggs & late night coffee
Day 3/5 clean eating challenge! Today was HARD!!! Started back to co-op, didn't pack a lunch, grocery shopped hungry BUT....... still made excellent choices!! #BOOM #proudlady
Insanity Max 30 Week 7 Day 3 = I did bomb out here, swapped a rest day. I hope I don't regret my choice this weekend! :)
