7 months, 2 weeks, 4 days of changing my life!
Day 26 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, ice, & water = #breakfastofchampions
2. Sunflower seeds
3. The company picnics was not meant for the vegetarian: hamburger bun with cheese, lettuce, tomato & pickles. Nacho chips with #chemicalshitstorm cheese sause & more iceberg
4. Ice cream sundae! Loaded up on the peanuts, only ate a little of the ice cream part. I wasn't looking for a sugar #hangover
5. Cucumber!!!
6. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter (Ev ate most!)
7. Veggie pizza!
I should have gone grocery shopping yesterday so I could better prepare for today's outing. Not bad though!
Day 26 = rest day! Bonus workout = running around an amusement park in the hot, hot sun! We did get home right before it started storming though! Great timing.
