7 months, 2 weeks, 6 days of changing my life! 

Day 28 of 60 -- PIYO


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, spinach, banana, ice, water 'the usual' lol 

2. Eggs, potato & feta  

3. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract, peanut butter & blueberries 

4. I may have eaten a few (or 6!) spoonfuls while baking this for the little fellas 

5. Bell peppers 

6. Tomato slices 

7. Nectarine 

8. Leftovers: spinach, beans, chorizo, bell peppers, tomatoes 

9. Pomegranate


Day 28 = full body blast! I'm getting better at this one! Only fell to my knees twice, lol
