Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, 2 bananas, ice & water
1. Leftover Mexican: rice bean burrito
2. Sautéed broccoli & veggie burger
3. Baked tofu with panko breadcrumbs & green beans
4. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter
Not bad for being nearly out of groceries! All 3 little fellas (and possibly myself) are sick now so we've been housebound.
