Day 52 of 55 -- PIYO
Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, spinach, mango, ice & water
1. Broccoli, eggs & bacon
2. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter
3. Dinner out: chips & salsa
4. Dinner out: bean taco & bean burrito
5. Dessert out: brownie sundae with black cherry ice cream & hot fudge (oh hell yeah!)
Rob came back from his work trip today so we went out after picking him up from the airport. I have no regrets. ;)
Day 52 = Sweat! Yesterday's rest day was a good thing! This workout felt fantastic. :)
