8 months, 2 weeks of changing my life! 

Day 50 of 55 -- PIYO


Post workout shakeology: Vegan chocolate, spinach, mango, ice & water 

1. Eggs & toast

2. Lunch out: fried cheese & broccoli soup (where's the broccoli??)

3. Lunch out: garlic bread & salad (dried fruit, nuts & spinach)

4. Dinner ordered in: veggie pizza & bread sticks 

5. Vanilla yogurt (still haven't grocery shopped so no maple syrup yet)


I'm reading Darren Hardy's The Compound Effect & he challenged me to give up 1 vice. I choose bread! I have no self control with bread (look at today!) so I'm going to kick it for 3 weeks. 

That's tracking finances (see my blog post from today for more details) & giving up bread for 3 weeks. #personaldevelopment


Day 50 = Buns! Early one! I beat the siding guys. Wahoo!  And, I was feeling that late Drench workout in my back/arms/shoulders during it! :)
