Piyo, week 5 day 6

Week 5 day 6 of Piyo -- traveling edition. Strong Legs! Yowza, that one is a doozy but I'm so glad it's done! :) 

Now, to keep my nutrition in check while visiting with family! 


Must rush to get cleaned up so Rob can bust out his workout too. :)
