Day 37 of 60 -- PIYO
Post workout shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, spinach, ice, & water
1. Baked cheese bread & burned bacon (lol)
2. Cottage cheese & bell peppers
3. Roast, potatoes, corn, green beans with a coconut milk gravy
4. Plain yogurt, vanilla extract, & peanut butter with cherries
Day 37 = Buns! The interruption from the little fellas makes me feel like I didn't get a full workout in. We'll see how my buns feel tomorrow. ;)
