7 months, 2 weeks, 5 days of changing my life!
Day 27 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, spinach, banana, ice & water (Rob wants to have that picture of our butts blown up for the living room wall)
2. Breakfast by hubs: 2 eggs, cheese, 1 piece of bread
3. Clif bar (least favorite)
4. Luna bar (I like that one but it's almost too candy bar-ish for me) while walking up an enormous hill to the #duquesneincline, poor Rob had a hard time with all those sore muscles, lol
5. Lunch out at #wholefoods - general tso's tofu with broccoli, zucchini fritter & brown rice
6. Larabar (favorite!)
7. Late night snacks pre playing. ;)
I was feeling artsy fartsy today, clearly. ;)
And, we forgot to eat before leaving the house so I ran into Target to grab a box of larabars but decided to sample a few. So, I had to eat one of each! :-O
Day 27 = Sweat! Sweaty hot mess after & I love it!
