7 months, 3 weeks of changing my life! 

Day 29 of 60 -- PIYO


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, spinach, banana, ice, & water = 'the usual' 

2. Nectarine while picking veggies at the organic self pick farm 

Missed a number: #typo -- falafel 

3. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter 

4. Sunflower seeds 

5. Cheese

6. Cucumber & carrots

7. Cottage cheese

8. Cheese bread. It's homemade! But, still overkill 


Not enough veggies or protein!


Day 29 = Sweat! I was so happy to see it was that workout this morning. Chalene knows just what we need because my body needs that workout every time it comes up on the schedule! :)
