Piyo results -- round 1

And now for my progress  shots. :)


I failed miserably at following the nutrition plan but I rocked the strength Piyo schedule! I lost 13 inches overall. 


I have 1 day left of the program & I'm restarting on Monday! I may add in some Body Beast for the fun of lifting stuff though! ;)
