Week 7 day 3 = Core! I woke up with an aching right leg from foot to butt. (I can't pinpoint where the problem is). So, I stretched a bit, sat around a bit, took some drugs & just nursed that a while this morning. Then decided to just go for it because even the drugs didn't touch it. It felt WAY better during/after this workout. I'm glad I didn't skip it entirely! :)
