Piyo, week 5 day 3

Week 5 day 3 = Core! I think it's been a while since I did that one! I really need to work on my form because I didn't feel much in my Core. But overall, I really like that workout! 

Now to get 3 little monkeys & myself ready for the day! We're taking a road trip to Ohio to participate in #livelovelatch with my long time LLL group. :)
