Photo food journal 1 year 4 months 1 week 2 days

1 year, 4 months, 1 week, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: nada. 


1. Eggs on toast with coffee 

2. Vegan tropical strawberry, banana, pumpkin seeds, kale, ice, & water 

3. Pistachios  

4. Grilled cheese & beer

5. Raisin bran 


The day = I grocery shopped today! Prep & planning tomorrow. 


Day 12 = never-ending recovery.
