Photo food journal 1 year 4 months 1 week 3 days

1 year, 4 months, 1 week, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: nada. 


1. Toast with coffee - someone was hurtin' this morning. :-O 

2. Nectarine  

3. Lunch out: salad 

4. Lunch out: eggplant parm with baked potato 

5. Wine on the deck 

6. Grilled cheese


The day = back on track tomorrow! I'm so ready to pull my head out of the cheese drawer. 


Day 13 = my ankle was feeling better today. I think I'm going to attempt a workout tomorrow! :)
