Photo food journal 1 year 4 months 2 weeks

1 year, 4 months, 2 weeks!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: nada. 


1. Sautéed broccoli, eggs & cheese with coffee 

2. Oops, out of order. This should be #3 = beer! 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, pumpkin seeds, pink himalayan salt, peanut butter, banana, kale, ice, & water. Plain yogurt with cherries & maple syrup 


The day = I put this together & thought I MUST be missing something! Oh yeah, the fist fills of m&m's I secretly devoured because this meme is hella right on! #becausedrugsareillegal #legalizemarijuana #keepitreal #forrealz 


Day 17 = planning to be back at it Sunday! Still a bit sore but much improved.
