Photo food journal 1 year 4 months 2 weeks 2 days

1 year, 4 months, 2 weeks, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: nada. 


1. Eggs with toast & coffee 

2. Turkey & cheese sandwich with mayo & romaine lettuce   

3. Nachos -- these are way better with just beans! I tried chicken sausage & I'm not a fan in this recipe. 

4. Cereal
