Current fitness program: life.
1. Half an egg sandwich & coffee (forgot the picture of my vegan tropical strawberry shakeology with banana & spinach)
2. Lunch out: PBJ, carrots with peanut butter, & an apple
3. Emergency pitstop! A 3 year old had to pee while on the road so I had to buy something. The 3 donuts for the boys weren't enough. What!? Ok, I wanted the coffee! LOL
4. Baked chicken, couscous & broccoli
The day = not a bad day.
Day 3 = rest day. Longest day of my week & my throat is suddenly sore. No shame in my game!
