1 year, 5 months!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: life.
1. Egg sandwich with turkey bacon & coffee
2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & chocolate chips (why did I buy those!? so good)
3. Pasta salad! So much mayo.
The day = I'm going to be hungry in the morning! I haven't felt well all day so didn't eat much. It's funny when I don't realize it till I put this together. Eye opening, for sure!
Day 4 = rest day. See above.
