Current fitness program: life.
1. Coffee as we ran around like maniacs trying to get out of the house. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & cherries, ham & cheese sandwich, vegan chocolate shakeology, cherries, pumpkin seeds, pink Himalayan salt, kale, ice, & water.
2. Mac & cheese with chicken nuggets (they weren't done yet when I took the picture) - not even going to pretend dinner was my best choice.
The day = Whoa, what a light day! I'm going to be starving in the morning.
Day 22 = I'm now in the habit of doing nothing. My ankle is better for the most part, now I need to tackle a workout!
