1 year, 4 months, 3 weeks, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Breakfast = #SUGAR

2. Second breakfast = much improved choices! Sort of. 

3. Vegan tropical strawberry, banana, kale, ice, & water 

4. Chicken 

5. Cheese & crackers 


The day = hello funky town! Need to crawl out of this hole. 


Day 24 = still nothing.
