1 year, 4 months, 3 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Toast & coffee 

2. Cheese & crackers - I went grocery shopping & forgot to eat before we left! 

3. Oh yeah, THAT happened! 

4. Leftovers! 

5. Popcorn 


The day = I'm making small changes that aren't visible here. But, they're happening. :) 


Day 26 = lots of yard work!
