Current fitness program: life.
1. Half egg sandwich & coffee
2. Vanilla shakeology with my leftover coffee. We were running late! But, it was sooooo good.
3. Carrots, peanut butter, turkey salad (not picture string cheese)
4. Plain yogurt with blueberries, maple syrup & chocolate chips
5. Fried potatoes & sausage
Day 3 = I'm overwhelmed with prepping from for our trip & failing to plan my meals! There, I said it.
