Photo food journal 1 year 4 months 3 weeks 5 days

1 year, 4 months, 3 weeks, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: life. 


1. Eggs on toast with sautéed broccoli & coffee 

2. Turkey sandwich with shakeology (tropical strawberry, banana & kale)

3. GRAVY! I forgot about GRAVY! Yeah, yeah there are vegetarian options, but...... GRAVY! 

4. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & blueberries (I may have snuck in a few chocolate chips, too!) 


The day = slow & steady. 


Day 2 = Piyo! Define: lower. Another short one but it counts. ;)
