Photo food journal 1 year 4 months 1 week 5 days

1 year, 4 months, 1 week, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: nada. 


1. Sautéed broccoli with an egg wrap  & coffee 

2. Plain yogurt with cherries & maple syrup 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, pink himalayan salt, kale, ice, & water. Veggie burger, cheese, peppers, tomatoes on a pita. 

Plus another bowl of yogurt but I didn't think a second picture was necessary. 


The day = not bad! 


Day 15 = still on pause in the working out department.
