Current fitness program: nada.
1. Eggs, broccoli, turkey scramble & coffee
2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & cherries
3. Leftovers: black beans, corn, beef with brown rice
4. Green beans in tomato sauce
5. Toast! #random
The day = i failed to plan but I'm still plugging along. :)
Day 21 = I thought my ankle was better & I've just been lazy to restart my workouts. But, I'm really feeling that weighted walk from yesterday!
